Outdoor Activities
The Veyson'actif course allows you to mix running and various exercises for a physical but fun workout.
The course contains 15 wooden exercise posts, spread over three kilometres with a variation in altitude of 175 metres. The exercises are varied and allow you to work on muscle strengthening, cardio and endurance
The departure is on the Bisse de Vex towards the Mayens de Sion opposite Veysonnaz Tourisme.
