The trail begins at the entrance of Siviez on the left. Take the path that crosses the Printse, a river which takes its source from the valley above the Cleuson dam. After the bridge, head towards the small hamlet located on the slope before you. Once you reach this hamlet, follow the dirt track towards the Cleuson Dam. At the bend in the track, take the small path that leads you into the forest. Follow this path up to a place called 'Chervé' where the path joins the 'Bisse de Chervé'. From this place take the mountain path towards Cleuson. After only a few metres on the bisse, you can admire the Cleuson Dam and its lake of turquoise water. Follow the lake on this small path until it meets a wider one at a place called 'La Gouille'. Here the more courageous can continue to the left to go up to the 'St Laurent' mountain cabin. The others can turn right to go back down towards the dam. The descent is then done on the track which runs along the dam lake. When you reach the dam, cross the wall, then turn right to take a small steep path that zigzags down below the dam wall. When you reach the foot of the dam, follow the signs for the footpath that will lead you back to Siviez.
