The start of this itinerary is on the track leading up to the right as you arrive in Siviez before reaching the main car park. Follow the road to Tortin for about 500 metres and then turn right at the ski touring signpost. The climb is demanding but steady before arrive on a plateau before the last part of the ascent, which does require, depending on the conditions, some conversions. An incredible panoramic view is offered troughought the route. The Plan du Fou gondola arrival station as well as the restaurant with its wonderful terrace announce the end of the itinerary. You can come back down via the Plan-du-Fou ski run. This itinerary requires some training before venturing there.
